Notable pioneers the future of healthcare

Notable is a Series B, B2B health technology company specializing in automating workflows for large hospitals and healthcare systems.

Project Overview

Overhauling their corporate site

Before partnering with Composite, the Notable website was plagued by inconsistent CSS styles, and poorly designed custom Javascript, both of which  greatly affected its maintainability, ability to easily update,  and overall performance.

Notable’s team saw the opportunity to overhaul and redesign their corporate site when their new brand design offered improved cohesion, inspiring a clear framework for creating a more unified and engaging online presence. Composite was brought in as a new partner with a steep ask. We redesigned the 20+ page corporate website in just four weeks.

In addition to their new website, their rebrand was extended to the web with a corresponding style guide and component library built by Composite, focusing on speed and accessibility through configurable components, expediting build times across new pages. The speed and power of using a component library shined through when developing the website and allowed for significantly quicker turnaround due to the reusable sections that also provided an opportunity to collaborate with the Notable team as they were able to configure content simultaneously throughout the site.

“Fundamentals matter. Creativity matters. The team at Composite gets both. They took us from a fragmented, difficult-to-maintain and grow Webflow instance with inconsistent CSS and a lack of modularity to a site that is built with modern best practices that can be updated by our design and marketing teams. They’ve also helped implement creative solutions to things like scroll-jacking experiences and Lottie animations. It has been a great partnership.”
Rion Martin, Head of Marketing at Notable

Integrating Hubspot native

Beyond making the new website look better, the project also focused on integrating more seamlessly with their chosen CRM, Hubspot. The team was able to take advantage of a combination of features from the native Webflow-Hubspot app including advanced session tracking, forms, and marketing automation. Several custom workarounds were needed to support additional requirements and special attention was given to aligning contact form properties on the website to correspond directly with CRM contact property fields in Hubspot. Testing several iterations of form connections to optimize for reduced form spam, the resulting solution was a hybrid mix of direct Hubspot form integrations and webhook setups with custom rules to weed out bad lead data. Taking advantage of Composite’s experience with Hubspot, the team was able to push the limits of these connections and set new best practices for integrating Hubspot in Webflow.

Adding flexibility with microsites

In addition to their primary marketing site, Notable's internal teams also take advantage of microsites and campaign-specific landing pages to provide standalone experiences for unique purposes. Being able to distinguish the marketing language and strategy for different audiences can be an invaluable way of separating content and campaign tracking with the added flexibility of the websites living under their own domains.

One notable project was the creation of a dedicated microsite for Noteworthy, an annual executive retreat hosted by Notable. This event brings together senior executives from health systems across the country for knowledge-sharing, peer engagement, and industry-leading speaker sessions at a prestigious resort venue. A dedicated microsite for Noteworthy offers a specialized platform to highlight the distinctive elements of the retreat, which diverge from Notables’s core corporate branding. This custom-built microsite also features advanced scroll-jack interactions coded using the GSAP JavaScript library.

Another project involved the development of a microsite to demonstrate the power of their AI solution, Assistant, which uses conversational AI for automating tasks such as appointment scheduling, bill payment, and patient navigation. The demonstration is set within a simulated hospital environment, PCMA, effectively illustrating Assistant's functionality in streamlining administrative processes in a real-world healthcare context.

Both microsites were completed within an average of two weeks by Composite, significantly reducing time to market and incorporating other custom interactions to elevate the overall site experience.
